Our mission
PEAKSci is the Project for Expert Applied Knowledge in Science or Project voor Deskundige Toegepaste Kennis in Wetenschap
based in The Netherlands by the margins of the River Maas,
a small informal association of scientists from diverse countries whose main purpose and assumed mission
aim to help as much and as often as possible, as a think tank, in enhancing the life conditions of our civilization through
innovation and the responsible development of new technologies through applied science
in most areas of knowledge. We also actively pursue to help in the
diffusion of all knowledge and information which may help to enhance lives.
Specialized ad hoc Groups with precise aims may be created temporarily when suitable.
Our team
All members of our team are lead scientists in diverse fields, who besides our daily jobs at pioneering industries,
leading scientific institutes and universities,
have been meeting regularly for several years both in person and virtually. In the format of a think tank and informal association,
we exchange, discuss and collaborate,
with no profitable purpose, solutions, innovative ideas and projects which may help
in the responsible development of new technologies through applying the latest peak science findings.
We cover diverse scientific fields influential in technology development through applied science,
as much in Industries as in the Industrial Engineering behind.
Our ideas
Our ideas are simple: PEAKSci will actively participate in a Future in which the permanent search for improvement and the permanent search for a better more happy life
for everyone are the main aims, not when only the simple financial reward is the main aim. We believe that responsible development and scientific advancement will benefit
everyone and therefore we support open exchange of applied science knowledge between industries and scientists, although we understand and respect strict
confidentiality of some specific applied know-how for preventing abuse, preventing intentionally flawed cheap duplication and corruption of purpose by irresponsible individuals or groups.
